What we collect
Your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order history.
Prescription data
If you send a prescription we store it against your order so the lenses can be made and remade if needed.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay. They never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Why we hold what we hold
Order and delivery details exist so we can fulfil the order and deal with returns, warranty claims and accounting obligations. Prescription details exist so lenses can be cut correctly and remade if something is wrong.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay – to take payment.
- Couriers – the name, address and phone number needed to deliver.
- Our lens lab – the prescription and order reference.
- We do not pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to understand which pages people use. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you do.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting or warranty reasons. Contact us and we will deal with it.
Marketing
We only email you about offers if you have asked us to, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
