Common questions
How do I know a frame will fit?
Read the numbers printed inside the arm of a pair you already own – they look like 52 ▫ 18 – 145 and mean lens width, bridge and temple length in millimetres. Match those against any listing.
Can I use a prescription from another optician?
Yes, as long as it is current. Upload a photo at checkout or send it to us afterwards.
Do you sell frames without prescription lenses?
Yes. Buy any frame as it is, or with plain non-prescription lenses.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised Oakley reseller, a Ray-Ban certified store and an Essilor Experts partner, and every pair arrives boxed and warrantied.
What payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all through Razorpay.
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-wear frames and sunglasses go out fastest. Prescription orders take longer because the lenses are cut and fitted to your frame.
What if I do not like them?
You have 30 days from delivery to send them back unworn and in their original packaging.
Do you offer eye tests?
Ask our optician what is currently available – we will tell you honestly rather than guess.
