How long an order takes depends on one thing: whether we are cutting lenses for it.
Ready-to-wear items
Sunglasses and frames bought without prescription lenses are picked and dispatched as soon as the order is confirmed.
Prescription orders
These take longer because your lenses are cut, edged and mounted to the frame, then checked before dispatch.

Applied automatically at checkout. Smaller orders carry a delivery charge shown before you pay.

Use the order tracking page with your order number and the email you checked out with.
Where we deliver
We ship across India. Delivery times vary by pin code, and remote areas take longer than metros.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is delayed, shows as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier. Photograph any damage to the outer packaging before opening it if you can – it makes the claim much easier.
Delivery timescales
We publish an estimated dispatch window at checkout rather than a guaranteed delivery date, because the final leg is in the courier’s hands. If you need something by a particular date, ask us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
