Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Prescriptions
We fit lenses to the prescription you supply. Please check it is current and correctly transcribed.
Availability
Occasionally an item sells out between order and dispatch. We will contact you and refund in full.
Using this website
You may browse and buy for personal use. Product photography, descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use.
Brand names and trademarks
Brand names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. We display them to identify the products we stock as an authorised retailer.
Prescriptions and eye health
We are opticians, not a substitute for an eye examination. Prescription eyewear is made to the prescription you provide and we cannot be responsible for an out-of-date or inaccurate one. If your vision has changed, get your eyes tested before ordering.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability in relation to an order is limited to the value of that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
